• Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refund Policy (available on request).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Where our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is not a major failure, we may choose to remedy the failure by supplying the services again or refunding the price paid.
